Interview Process:

Once you are given your date for release or have been released, to be considered for this on-the-job training program it is required that you go through a 3- step interview process.

• Please send a 1-3 minute video of yourself speaking as to why you think you would be a good fit for this program. Please include a form of contact to mail you or email you further information. 
• Once the video has been reviewed you will receive a letter requesting an in-person visit with you. 
• At the visit it will be required that you connect Behind the Chair Ministries with all involved with the success to your release for reference. (counselor/counselors, housing, parol or probation officer, attorney ect.) 

Once all 3 steps have been completed, you will receive a decision based on your interview process.
